Brandi passante was famous when she was featured on A&E's "Storage wars', a reality show that starred Jarrod Schulz. Both of them gained the attention of the public through this series. The show auctions off the contents of lockers whose rent was not paid for within three months. Brandi and Jarrod from the Now and Then thrift store, located in Orange California were among the participants in the show to purchase storage units. However, they didn't realize they would become superstars in real life! The show's success was since the couple, whom were extremely polite with their biddings throughout the episode, became stars. Their success in the show's reality competition allowed them to expand their operations. They also opened a second location in addition to the one they already operated. The spin-off Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job was invented following their appearance on Storage Wars.
