Poarch was born by her grandmother in the Philippines. Her mother, who raised Poarch until she was three, told H3 Podcast interviewers she was brought up in the slums by her father, Poarch. Kenneth Taylor and Eden, who was an American expat adopted Poarch. Poarch claimed that she was employed on her family's farm for 10 years and did chores. She is the older of two adopted older sisters and also has one older brother Bryner. In Texas Her family moved to Texas when she was thirteen. But, her two elder sisters remained in the Phillipines. The Poarch family later spent several years in Japan during her time in the United States Navy. Bella said that her father was abusive and she along with her brother were not able to meet any other students in school. Poarch launched her career in April of 2020 when she started posting her content to TikTok. Poarch grew to notoriety for her many lip-syncs, but most important was her lip-syncing video Soph Aspin Sen with Millie B which is currently the most watched video. Following her TikTok popularity, Poarch created YouTube and Twitter as well as a page. Poarch is also well-known for the alpaca toys doll Paca. The designer released a unique clothes collection named RIPNDIP x Paca collaboration in the year 2020.
